Goodman is now constructing a second modern warehouse building totalling 36,700 sqm in Pomeranian Logistics Centre. The company’s flagship development in Poland has already secured five new pre-lease agreements.

Goodman fully commercialised its first property at the PLC in June 2016 and has begun the construction of a second Class A building. So far, 21,000 sqm have been leased to five Polish companies operating in the transport and logistics sector, with units ranging from 3,500 sqm to 5,200 sqm. The remaining 15,700 sqm will be available for immediate lease from June 2017. Upon completion of the second building, PLC’s capacity will reach approximately 88,000 sqm.

PLC is located near the Gdańsk Deepwater Container Terminal. DCT’s second quay was completed in October 2016, thereby doubling the handling capacity of the port to 3 million TEU a year. The logistics centre is owned by the Goodman European Partnership (GEP), Goodman’s flagship real estate investment vehicle in Europe. The centre’s total capacity could reach up to 500,000 sqm of flexible logistics warehousing and production facilities with integrated office space.
