Golub GetHouse has completed the sale of the site of the planned 140-foot Liberty Tower skyscraper at ul. Grzybowska in Warsaw for an undisclosed amount. The buyer is AT Capital Group of Singapore.

As a result of this transaction, according to Czarek Jarząbek, the founder and president of Golub GetHouse, all bonds issued to Golub GetHouse through investment manager CVI have been repaid, as well as most of the private bonds issued by GGH Rental Apartments.

In 2018, Golub GetHouse bought the plot in the Wola-Centre district of Warsaw for the development of the Liberty Tower complex, consisting of rental apartments and a hotel. Construction work, however, was set to begin in 2020, due to the costs of an ongoing dispute over the potential sale of the nearby Mennica Legacy Tower.

The purchase of the plot is AT Capital’s first transaction in Poland. The group consists of AT Holdings, which owns its assets, and the internal asset management unit AT Capital. AT Capital manages its own funds and has so far only invested in India, China, Singapore and the CIS countries.
