Globalworth is, according to zf.ro, in talks with NEPI Rockcastle to acquire The Office Cluj and City Business Centre Timisoara. The investor completed a €330 million ordinary share issue at the end of last year and intends to use the money raised for investments in Poland and Romania.

“We are looking at all the projects that meet our investment criteria both in Bucharest and the major cities in Romania,” Globalworth officials said without confirming or denying their acquisition intentions.

The Office Cluj is not fully owned by NEPI Rockcastle, 50 percent of the asset belongs to entrepreneur Ovidiu Sandor, zf.ro reminds.
