Romanian Global Investment Group has started the development of a new residential project in Bucharest that will feature 240 apartments following an investment of €40 million.
The first phase of Global Residence Monolitului comprising 94 apartments will be completed this year, while the second stage with 146 apartments will be ready in 2023. There will be three blocks of flats of which the tallest one will have 18 floors. The project will include penthouses on the top floors with a panoramic view of two parks.
The developer founded by Adrian Ruja has completed over 1,500 homes in Bucharest to date, while in Sibiu the company delivered 500 apartments.
