Gide Warsaw advised Remake Asset Management, acting for SCPI Remake Live fund, on two major investments marking the client's debut on the Polish market.
Błażej Czwarnok (partner), Rafał Osetek (counsel), Agnieszka Dąbrowska (associate), Michał Wiśniewski (associate), Agnieszka Myszor (associate) and Maciej Grela (associate) advised the client on a €33.5 million transaction securing the acquisition of four hotels located in Warsaw, Kraków, Łódź and Lublin. The hotels are fully leased to B&B HOTELS under long-term lease agreements.
Błażej Czwarnok (partner), Tomasz Roszczyc (associate), Aleksandra Kobylińska (associate), Agnieszka Dąbrowska (associate), Agnieszka Myszor (associate) and Maciej Grela (associate) also assisted the client with the €30.5 million acquisition of a logistics facility from Auchan and its subsequent leaseback. With 38,400 sqm of logistics space, this is Auchan's main logistics facility in Poland, located in Wolborz – a strategic location in the middle of the country.
These investments are part of Remake Live's growth strategy and its entry into the Polish market.
