
Slovenia-based Generali Adriatic Value Fund, managed by Generali Investments and advised by Peakside Capital, has successfully completed the sale of two properties in Ljubljana to Agromarket logistic d.o.o., based in Kragujevac, Serbia.
The properties include the southern part of the Stekleni Dvor building on Dunajska cesta and the Tivoli Center office building on Bleiweisova cesta.
These transactions represent the second and third property sales for the fund.
The Stekleni Dvor complex comprises two separate office buildings with a shared underground garage.
The Tivoli Center office building, situated in the heart of Ljubljana, provides approximately 7,700 sqm of leasable area across two interconnected buildings.
