Generali Real Estate acquired Małachowski Square office building from Europa Capital Partners and White Star Real Estate, with Savills acting as the buyer’s commercial advisor.

Małachowski Square is a Class A office building located within Central Business District in Warsaw. The property completed in 2014 consists of a modernized, renovated and extended historical part as well as a newly built wing. The building offers over 12,200 sqm of office space together with nearly 2,300 sqm of retail space suitable for restaurants, cafes and luxury boutiques. The property’s tenants include a leading coworking space provider and prestigious law companies.
