GARBE Industrial Real Estate CEE has received a building permit for two industrial premises in Pohořelice, 30 km south of Brno. The construction of the two halls is starting almost immediately and to be available for the tenants within eight months.
Properties of 20,000 sqm and 11,000 sqm are suitable for companies looking for a lease of 5,000 sqm and higher in manufacturing or logistics. The GARBE Park Brno South project will emphasise sustainability, high technical requirements, energy savings and low operating costs. With its location on the R52 motorway south of Brno towards Vienna, GARBE Park Brno South provides access to major transport routes and a skilled workforce.
"We entered the Czech market four years ago and GARBE Park Brno South will be the sixth industrial complex we are constructing here. The development in the South Moravian region also makes a lot of sense since the long-term vacancy rate of industrial space here is around 1%," explained Martin Stratov, Country Head Czech Republic and Slovakia at GARBE.
GARBE has already built five industrial parks in the Czech Republic, in České Budějovice, Chomutov, Klášterec nad Ohří, Loděnice and Velký Osek.
