Garbe Industrial Real Estate GmbH has launched the development of 8,000 square metres in Garbe Green Park Piešťany. A new space comprising 3,000 square metres will be occupied by Inalfa, a designer, producer and supplier of roof solutions for the automotive industry. The remaining 5,000 square metres will be delivered speculatively and available for lease from May 2022.

“Construction started shortly after the land acquisition. Inalfa is an innovator and market leader within its field and we are happy that we can support their progress on the Slovak market,” said Martin Stratov, Garbe Business Development Director Czech Republic and Slovakia, “We are excited about this project because it includes various green solutions, some of which will be introduced to the market for the first time. Seeing the market demand and the high potential, we are also building speculatively,” he added.

Garbe Green Park Piešťany is Garbe’s flagship project in providing sustainable solutions in the CEE region. Circular water using a well located on the side and water recycling will be incorporated. Buildings will be equipped with heat pumps which ensures a minimal carbon footprint during operations. The development will preserve the surrounding environment. In addition, a new place for beehives will be included.

Inalfa has operated on the Slovak market for over 10 years and currently has over 400 employees. “We are looking forward to the new industrial space, which will be located only a few kilometres from our Slovak HQ,” said Marek Kolárik, Inalfa Plant Manager. “The great location and guaranteed quality, plus the unparalleled sustainable solutions in Slovakia were the reasons why we decided to cooperate with Garbe,” he added.

Garbe Green Park Piešťany is located 300 metres from the highway exit to Piešťany, 80 kilometres from Bratislava and 110 kilometres from Žilina. This ensures easy access to other markets in CEE and beyond. A public transport bus stop is located right next to the park.
