The Poșta Puișor building in central Bucharest will be transformed into an office building by Forty Management & Investments, a company founded in 2015 by local investors Lucian Azoiței and Tudor Bădițescu, profit.ro has learnt.
Completion of the 3,100 sqm office building is scheduled for December 2021. Mobile phone distributor Gersim Impex acquired the building from Telekom Romania in December 2017 and subsequently sold it to Forty Management in June 2019.
This is the first office development by the company that has so far focused on the residential market. The company is currently developing 234 apartments in two projects in Bucharest.
