Kromberg & Schubert’s new plant is to start production at the beginning of Q3 2022 in Skopje, North Macedonia. The transaction was assisted by Forton MKA, an alliance partner of Cushman & Wakefield for North Macedonia.
This year’s first milestone is Kromberg & Schubert’s new plant in Greater Skopje after being present for more than a decade in North Macedonia. Forton MKA brokered the temporary lease by providing the most adequate premises to secure growth at a faster pace. The new plant will start production at the beginning of Q3 2022, in a 14,000 sqm Class A stand-alone industrial building located in the logistics park owned and operated by Deni International, the largest logistics company in the country.
The Macedonian industrial market accelerates in 2022 in spite of the standstill and uncertainty caused by the ongoing tensions in Europe. The private sector and the authorities work together to ease the processes for doing business of FDI countrywide, with a significant stake representing the manufacturing expansions in different lines of business.
“We amplify this transaction from the perspective of contribution by the KroSchu’s local team, for implementing their experience and know-how to organize efficiently the future production processes. This is a long-lasting effect from our national strategy to develop professionals and skilled workforce supported by knowledge sharing from the foreign investors in the technological-industrial and development fields,” said Forton MKA.
