Forte Partners plans to invest €25 million in the development of a new office building in the centre of Bucharest. The property will offer 8,400 sqm of leasable space.
The ten-storey building will be developed on a 1,700 sqm land plot located next to the Telephone Palace, between Ion Campineanu and Matei Millo streets. Forte Partners acquired the plot from Telekom Romania last year.
