Fortim Trusted Advisors has announced the start of apartment sales in the Corallis residential project developed by KÉSZ Romania in northern Bucharest.
The project comprises 221 apartments and the construction will be carried out according to the requirements of BREEAM Excellent.
The residential complex will use photovoltaic panels for power generation and will include a concierge service and a fitness club among its facilities.
"Corallis project is special because of its vision, to offer the development framework suitable for families who want a mix between nature, a comfortable home with modern facilities, facilities for a healthy lifestyle and proximity, respectively accessibility to the key points in Bucharest," says George Călin, Residential Sales Manager at Fortim Trusted Advisors.
The construction phase will start this August, and the estimated completion date is in early 2027. The total investment in the complex amounts to over €51 million.
