Fidurock, the Czech/Dutch company that owns Retail Park Trnava, has started to build phase II of the project, which is located in Western Slovakia, 44 km northeast of Bratislava. The extension of this retail park is planned to be completed by the end of this year.
The Retail Park Trnava (RP Trnava), which is owned by the Czech/Dutch company Fidurock since 2020, will be expanded by another 3,800 sqm of leasable area. The owner started construction of the extension in May and plans to have it completed by the end of this year. The total area of this commercial complex, located in the main commercial zone on the Trnava ring road, will exceed 12,000 sqm upon completion of Phase II of the project.
The extension of RP Trnava is designed as a "green project" with maximum preservation of greenery. "The main tenant of the new extension will be a BILLA supermarket. In addition, customers can look forward to the expansion of the portfolio of retail units with a pharmacy and homeware," Fidurock said. The main tenants in RP Trnava are C&A, Planeo Elektro, Sportisimo and TEDi.
