Dutch-Czech real estate investment company Fidurock has opened a new retail park Choceň in the Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic. The retail park comprises 10 units with Penny Market as the main tenant, occupying an area of 1,300 sqm. Other tenants include Pepco, KiK, Okay elektro, Rossmann, ZZN, a pharmacy and others.
The construction of a new retail park with a size of 5,010 sqm was started at the end of 2019. Despite the difficult conditions associated with the COVID-19 epidemic in the Czech Republic, it was completed according to the set schedule in September 2020. Due to one of the suppliers, the opening had to be shifted to December 2020.
