Czech-Dutch investment company Fidurock has obtained a building permit for the reconstruction of an apartment building in Brno.
The architecturally valuable five-storey corner house by Karel Čupr from 1907, designed by architect Jan Mráček in the spirit of former fortifications, will undergo complete reconstruction. Work will begin during Q2 2021 and after its completion at the end of 2022, the house will offer 52 housing units.
