The new 13,000 sqm outlet centre will be located in the eastern part of Bucharest. The €25 million project will be developed in two stages and will include 60 shops plus restaurants and a playground for children. The asset is currently 50% leased, according to the developer.

Fashion House Group, part of real estate development group Liebrech & Wood currently owns a portfolio of six outlet centres in Poland, Romania and Russia.
