Fashion House Group will deliver in late June the second phase of its outlet centre in the Pallady area, eastern Bucharest, following an investment of €45 million.
The project will be extended by 5,700 sqm and 70% of the additional surface has already been leased by fashion retailers. Following the delivery of the second phase, the outlet centre will have a leasable area of close to 14,000 sqm.
“We aim to consolidate our position in the market and to become the preferred shopping destination for people in Bucharest, even for the most demanding ones,” said Brendon O’Reilly, general director of Liebrecht & wooD România and Fashion House Group.
The group owns two outlet centres in eastern and western Bucharest.
