Fashion House, part of Liebrecht & wooD Group, announced that the new outlet from Bucharest is 70% leased and will open on March 25thh.
Developed in two phases with a €25 million investment, the new commercial center will have over 12,000 sqm and will accommodate over 60 stores, a children’s play area, restaurants, and over 300 free car parking spaces for visitors. All stores will have separate entrances and the landscape will be carefully designed to mirror the ambiance of the historical old town Bucharest.

Fashion House Pallady is the seventh outlet centre developed by Fashion House Grooup in CEE and Russia, and the second to open in the Romanian capital. The first Centre, which opened over 12 years ago in 2008, is located on the western side of Bucharest, in Militari.
