This is the first shopping centre in Hungary to be given such an award in the construction phase. The property, developed by the Hungarian company Futureal was opened in late 2021.
Easy access and modern waste management were the focus during construction. Long-lasting materials had been chosen to minimize carbon footprint.
Approximately 4,000 sqm of green space was created with trees, grass and shrubs on all external territory and inside the facility.
