Equs has announced that its Equs Park Lovosice project has received a building permit and new premises are planned to be available at the beginning of 2025.
This project will offer 25,164 sqm of built-up area with the possibility of a railway spur. It will aspire for the BREEAM certificate at the "Very Good" level. Tailored as built-to-suit the project can be handed over to the tenants within 5 months of signing the contract.
The future Equs Park Lovosice is located 30 minutes from Prague and is connected to the D8 motorway. An available workforce in the region is key for companies looking for efficient and sustainable solutions.
