Stockholm-based global investment manager EQT Exeter has acquired five logistics halls in two parks in Ostrava (Logistics Park Nošovice and Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park) offering 140,000 sqm of Class A space from J&T and Concens Investments. CBRE advised the sellers in the €150 million transaction.
Both assets are fully leased. Logistics Park Nošovice is leased to Hyundai Glovis, a logistics operator servicing the Hyundai Motor Company. The list of tenants for Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park includes companies such as Continental Barum, DHL, Hyundai Glovis, M.K. Invest, Rhenus Logistics, Skladon and UFI Filters.
EQT Exeter has recently closed a €3.0 billion, 2.2 million square metre logistics portfolio sale on behalf of its private real estate fund, EQT Exeter European Value Venture III. These properties serve the supply chains of major corporations, including facilities for “big box” regional distribution, e-commerce fulfillment, and last mile distribution. The portfolio spans major population centres and key e-commerce and air cargo hubs across Western and Central Europe.
