E.ON Hungária Zrt., the Hungarian unit of the E.ON Group has decided to move its Budapest site to BakerStreet, developed by Atenor Hungary. E.ON will occupy their new Hungarian headquarters from the second quarter of 2024 on 16,200 sqm, in the first phase of the new office campus.
The project is located in the 11th district of Budapest. It will comprise two office buildings with a total leasable area of approx. 42,000 sqm. E.ON will be the first tenant to occupy the campus, as the exclusive office tenant of the 1st phase of the development.
The BakerStreet project is a prime example of these values, with its state-of-the-art technologies, sustainable solutions, and green landscaped gardens and terraces, putting the human experience into the forefront without compromising the environment. UVC filters will be incorporated into the fresh air supply system in order to sanitize the air inflow. All underground parking spaces will be equipped with or have the capacity to provide electric chargers to support e-mobility.
The new office building is being developed in one of Budapest's most dynamically developing areas. Upon its selection, besides the economic considerations, the key aspects were sustainability, the application of future-proof solutions and the adaptation of a flexible operational framework, Zsolt Zsedényi, Deputy CEO of E.ON Hungária Group said.
