Romanian developer Element Industrial will invest over €25 million in the development of ELI Park Brăila, a new logistics park that will have a gross leasable area of 50,000 sqm.
The investment announcement came less than one week after Element Industrial and Pavăl Holding sold an industrial project near Bucharest to Fortress.
“We have recently received the building permit for the first phase of 10,000 sqm, an excellent option for distribution, production or logistics, with direct access to E584,” said Andrei Jerca, Managing Director of Element Industrial.
Element Industrial is working on several industrial projects in smaller cities. The company aims to build a portfolio of 500,000 sqm by 2026.
