Romanian property company Eden Capital Development has secured the construction permit for a new residential complex in northern Bucharest and plans to kick off the building phase this autumn.
The Cortina Forest complex will feature over 400 apartments and will be developed following an investment of more around €200 million. The developer aims to complete the residential units in two years.
“The launch of a new project shows Eden Capital Development's long-term commitment to the local market, especially at a time when the local and European economies are under uncertainty amid inflationary pressure and the war in Ukraine. Even in this context there is a need for quality housing at the right prices," said Elena Dumitrache, the developer’s sales director.
The company has delivered over 1,600 apartments in the past seven years and has another 1,700 residential units under development.
