Property developer Eden Capital Development says it will invest in two luxury residential compounds in northern Bucharest due to higher demand for high-end projects in the Romanian capital.
The new apartments will be developed under the Cortina brand, which already includes six other residential projects that are delivered or under construction.
“The property market in Bucharest bears witness to an increase of demand for such buildings, which offer high-end property products, an innovative design and the newest finishes and facilities,” says Elena Dumitrache, sales director of Eden Capital Development.
Following the latest investment, the company’s residential portfolio will reach 3,900 premium and luxury apartments.
