Delta Holding, a Serbian real estate investor, has announced that next year it will begin building a shopping mall in Banja Luka, the largest investment in the Republic Srpska region of Bosnia-Herzegovina.


The company says that Banja Luka will get a modern building with a gross area of 60,000 sqm. The investment worth 60 million EUR is set to create 2,500 new jobs and engage the construction industry of the Republic Srpska.
 
Delta also plans to expand in Serbia. Projects have been prepared and funds have been provided for 4 large investments: a new business building of Delta holding, a Delta Planet regional shopping-mall in Autokomanda, an InterContinental Hotel and a business building in New Belgrade. The company is yet to obtain construction permits for any of these locations.
