Romanian DIY store operator Dedeman has acquired the third building of 80,000 sqm The Bridge office complex, developed by Forte Partners in Bucharest, thus completing a €200 million transaction started in 2018.
Dedeman, owned by brothers Dragoș and Adrian Pavăl, has paid €150 million for the first two buildings of the complex and €53 million for the last building, according to profit.ro.
