Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed as property manager and leasing agent for GreenWings Offices in Warsaw, the second office building of OKRE Development.
The two-winged class A office building is located in the vicinity of Warsaw’s International Chopin Airport. GreenWings Offices has close to 11,000 sqm of office space spread over its seven floors and 270 parking spaces in a three-level underground car park.
“GreenWings Offices is the second project of OKRE Development, after Grójecka Offices, to join our portfolio. We are pleased that OKRE Development has trusted us again and instructed us to provide property management for the building. It is a very interesting project that meets sustainability requirements and features many green solutions, which is particularly relevant today,” says Grzegorz Dyląg, Head of Asset Services Business Space, Cushman & Wakefield.
Cushman & Wakefield is also the leasing agent for the office building.
“It is a great honour for us to deliver for GreenWings Offices, which is a remarkable building that provides the highest quality work environment including conference rooms, a bicycle storage room, and the Green Bistro. The complex combines all the key features of a modern office building: an excellent location, state-of-the-art technologies, comfortable spaces and sustainable solutions. It also boasts a unique façade which enhances its original character,” says Anna Górska-Kwiatkowska, Landlord Representation Manager, Cushman & Wakefield.
“GreenWings Offices is a ‘boutique’ office building for smaller companies and those who value a cosy atmosphere and appreciate bold, attractive and high-quality designs. The complex is not surrounded by skyscrapers and offers a view of Warsaw’s skyline. Nature is, however, in the foreground, bringing peace to the building’s occupiers,” says Annick Van Hool, GreenWings Offices.
The building features two-stage air filtration, live green walls and natural finishing materials. It is BREEAM certified at the Very Good level.
Founded in 1995, OKRE Development develops residential and office projects in the centres of the largest cities in Poland: in Warsaw, Wrocław, and Poznań.
