Cushman & Wakefield has been chosen as the manager of The Warsaw Hub skyscrapers. At the same time, it will occupy nearly 2,500 sqm of office space in the facility, moving its Warsaw office there. Cushman & Wakefield was also responsible for the comprehensive preparation of the building for its commercial opening.
Cushman & Wakefield has been supporting the developer, Ghelamco Poland, from the outset in the implementation of the project (especially in its technical aspects and construction supervision) and for its commercialisation. It has also prepared marketing materials for tenants and users of common areas of the building. In January this year, the consultancy firm announced that it was consolidating its Warsaw offices in the complex in the capital’s Wola district.
The Warsaw Hub will comprise three buildings: an 86-metre hotel and two 130-metre office towers connected by a five-storey podium. It will contain 113,000 sqm of office and coworking space, conference facilities, hotel space, retail and services, a fitness club and a start-up and corporation cooperation centre.
