Asset manager M7 Real Estate has assigned Cushman & Wakefield to take over the management of Hamburk Business Center, an office building in Plzeň. The building is owned by the BHS Real Estate Fund.

The seven-storey office building with a trapezoidal floor plan, thanks to which it resembles a large ocean liner, offers a total of 7,000 sqm of offices and 358 sqm of retail space. There are also 96 parking spaces available to tenants. The building is home to IT and R&D companies.

“Cushman & Wakefield has been cooperating with us for a long time at the Oregon House office building in Prague 5 and the Ivančice Industrial Park. As we are satisfied with their services, we recommended to the owner of the Hamburg Business Center to work with this proven team on the newly acquired building,” Dana Bednářová, Country Manager of M7 Real Estate said.
