Cushman & Wakefield has closed its largest-ever lease transaction on the Budapest industrial market, with Boxy Logisztika Zrt. signing a lease for 62,000 sqm in VGP’s Aerozone Park, according to the company's LinkedIn page.
Boxy Logisztika Zrt. provides physical space for smaller companies interested in e-commerce, such as e-shops, which do not have their own warehouse. The warehouse, which is currently being built at the junction of motorways M0 and M4, will provide fulfilment services and its own fleet of same-day deliveries to serve the entire logistics processes of Hungarian online shops and e-tailers from the second half of 2022. The company will therefore provide support in warehousing, stocking, inventory, order management, packaging, shipping, returns management, as well as purchasing and sales.
