Cushman & Wakefield was appointed manager of 18 commercial properties in Poland owned by German Deka Immobilien. The properties comprise 473,363 sqm.
The property portfolio under Cushman & Wakefield’s management includes twelve office buildings (197,508 sqm) in Gdańsk (Waterside), Warsaw (Atrium Garden, Atrium One, Dom Alfa, Dom Beta, Grzybowska Park, Helion, IBC, Luminar Office Building, Mokotowska Square and North Gate), Wrocław (Bema Plaza), three warehouses (187,792 sqm) in Bieruń (MLP Bieruń), Teresin (Tesco Distribution Center) and Tychy (MLP Tychy), two hotels (62,093 sqm) in Warsaw (Intercontinental Hotel) and Krakow (Andel's Hotel), and an office and hotel scheme (25,970 sqm) in Poznań (Andersia Tower/Office).
