Cushman & Wakefield has announced Nicolas Horky is joining the company to lead the hotel transactions team in the Central, Eastern and Southeastern European regions. 


Nicolas Horky brings over 15 years of experience in the real estate hotel market to Cushman & Wakefield. He has worked at Orco Property Group in various cities, including Prague, Paris, Split, and Zagreb. Later, he joined the Principal Real Estate Europe team in London, where he specialised in hotel asset management and transactions. Since 2020, he has been a partner at SNH Consulting, focusing on hotel real estate consulting. He has led the international project financing team at Photon Energy Group since 2023.

In his new role, Nicolas Horky will lead and develop the hotel transactions team in the CEE and SEE regions. Additionally, he will be overseeing the operator selection services in the area. He will be working closely with the capital markets heads in each of the region’s geographies, the Central European Hospitality team as well as the EMEA hotel transaction team head, Frederic Le Fichoux. 

Nicolas Horky studied international trade and development of companies at ESCE and NEOMA Business School in France. He holds dual nationality, French and Australian.

Nicolas takes over from Magsud Rahmanov, who is stepping down and will leave the company at the end of the year.
