Martin Hudak joined Cushman & Wakefield in April 2013 as a Junior Negotiator, in 2015 was promoted to a Senior position and after almost four years he has become the Head of Industrial Agency in Slovakia. Martin and his team offer advisory services with focus on business development with local and international companies from industrial sector. Martin is responsible for advice on lease and sales of industrial space, halls, warehouses and lands for various projects in Slovakia and abroad to his main clients: Prologis, P3, Goodman a VGP.
