Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed by BPi Polska an exclusive agent for the mixed-use project Bulwary Książęce in Wrocław. Bulwary Książęce is located in the centre of Wrocław on Księcia Witolda Street on Kępa Mieszczańska island near Pomorski Bridge, in close proximity to the Old Town. It will contribute towards reviving the Odra Boulevard in this part of the city. The complex, which will be developed over two phases, comprises a retail and services part as well as 347 residential units, including premium flats and apartments.

The retail space of Bulwary Książęce will contain around 30 ground floor services units (including supermarket) totalling 4,700 sqm of GLA, featuring also a modern delivery zone, a head office, a security office and 140 dedicated parking spaces. The walkable shopping area is to provide a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes, nestled picturesquely between two arms of the River Odra.

Bulwary Książęce is the first project of the Belgium-based developer realised in the capital of the Lower Silesia region. BPi Polska is part of Belgium-based CFE Group. Listed on the Brussels Stock Exchange it operates on three European markets: Belgian, Luxembourg and Polish. The company’s activity, based on its expertise and experience, focuses on meeting specific goals of its clients, both individual and business. It provides an integrated range of services including site search, preparation of land development concept, comprehensive construction and fit-out management. The company also delivers services on legal counselling and project commercialization. BPI is committed to environmental protection and social responsibility developing projects that respect the surrounding urban and natural context.

The project architects are Rafał Langowski and Jocelyn Fillard from SUD Architekt Polska, who designed, among others, the redevelopment of Manufaktura in Łódź.
