Cushman & Wakefield selected Budapest as the location of their Portfolio Services Centre (PSC) solution. The new 1,300 sqm PSC is located in the Studium Office Building, close to Corvinus University and many cultural venues and sights. The team is being led by Byron Tudor who has joined from Goldman Sachs International.
The PSC office in Budapest is an integral operation of the Cushman & Wakefield Global Occupier Services division and is shaping the future strategy of clients’ portfolios, as well as providing day-to-day management services. Global occupiers require support to operate their diverse and complex real estate portfolios that require management to comply with lease obligations and regulatory requirements, as well as improving efficiency and cost savings, whilst offering state of the art workplace environment. The PSC team is integral to driving the Cushman & Wakefield Global Occupier Services business.
The first phase of the new office will accommodate 150 professionals, providing services including: strategic consulting; integrated facilities management; project & development services; portfolio administration and transaction management. The second phase is for planned growth to between 200 and 300 by 2019.
