Industrial and logistics developer CTP has announced the expansion of CTPark Bucharest South through the construction of a new warehouse set to almost double the total leasable area of the project to around 150,000 sqm.

CTP took over the park in Popești-Leordeni in 2021 and is currently developing a new building of 60,000 sqm that will be added to the existing stock of 70,000 sqm that is fully leased with another 15,000 sqm slated for delivery in the next period.

”Our park in the south of Bucharest benefits from the best infrastructure in the area, with two direct entrances from the DN4, close to the ring road, but also with direct access to the A0, at the junction less than 500 meters from our new building,” said Ana Dumitrache, Country Manager CTP Romania.

Aside from CTPark Bucharest South, CTP has another five industrial projects around Bucharest. Across the country, the developer has a portfolio of 2.3 million sqm in industrial projects operational in 15 cities.
