CTP continues its expansion in Romania. The developer plans to add another 200,000 sqm to its 1 million sqm local portfolio.

In 2018, the developer delivered over 300,000 sqm of logistic spaces and reached 50 tenants in the 15 industrial parks it owns in Romania, of whom 85 percent are major logistics players, while the rest are manufacturing companies.

Since it entered the market, CTP has invested about €500 million in Romania and plans to invest another €120 million in the upcoming years. The company’s goal is to own a portfolio of 1.5 million sqm by 2021.

One of the developer’s main goals is to expand CTPark Bucharest West, which could become the largest industrial park in Romania and Central Europe. Currently, it has a surface area of 400,000 sqm and should reach 1 million sqm in a few years.
