CTP plans to invest €75 million in the acquisition of properties in Belgrade and Novi Sad as well as further developments all totalling 120,000 sqm of lettable area.
CTPs first investment, CTPark Belgrade West, is located in the capital, Belgrade. This is a 12,000 sqm facility accommodating an existing client, Phoenix Pharm, with an extension possibility of 5,500 sqm. A second investment, neighbouring CTPark Belgrade West, is a facility of 13,555 sqm. It is currently under development with a planned opening in Q2 2019. The Novi Sad facility, with a delivery date in Q3 2019, will be over 23,000 sqm.
