CTP, the biggest owner of industrial and logistics spaces in Romania, says it has signed a lease deal with beverage maker Tuborg Romania.
The company will lease a warehouse of 10,300 sqm in CTPark Bucharest North for the next five years. The project will become operational in January 2022 and will serve as Tuborg’s main distribution centre.
The lease deal was brokered by real estate consultancy Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.
CTP's park in northern Bucharest has a total surface of 21 hectares and was developed following an initial investment of €65 million. The company manages five industrial projects in Bucharest and has a national network that covers 13 more cities. CTP aims to reach a portfolio of around 2 million sqm in Romania by year-end.
