Industrial developer CTP Group has recently delivered over 100,000 sqm in CTPark Bucharest North, which is becoming a new logistics hub for e-commerce companies. Following an investment of €160 million, this further expansion at the park is expected to push the total leasable area above 200,000 sqm by year-end.

The project offers flexible options for medium and long-term leases, from 500 sqm in the new CTFlex buildings, up to 40,000 sqm in the large-scale CTSpace facilities.

“As the speed of leasing in this first phase exceeded our initial expectations, we have pushed forward plans for another 94,000 sqm which is currently under construction and will consolidate the location as a major destination for e-commerce and wholesale logistics and more,” said Ana Dumitrache, Country Head of CTP Romania. E-grocery supplier Rohlik Group and furniture distributor Mobexpert are among the project's tenants that are expanding their e-commerce operations.

CTP has six industrial parks around Bucharest, while nationally the developer has warehouses in another 14 cities with a total leasable area of more than 2.1 million sqm. CTP aims to reach a stock of at least 2.5 million sqm in Romania by the end of 2022.
