Industrial developer CTP has completed the first phase of its CTPark Arad West project spanning 23,000 sqm, with another 20,000 sqm ready for tenant fit-out.

The newly completed space is occupied by companies such as Leoni Wiring Systems Arad, Delfingen, HUF Romania and BNB.

CTP aims to further develop the industrial park to 100,000 sqm and to achieve BREEAM Excellent sustainability certification.

Aurel Cîrstea, Business Development Manager Transylvania at CTP, said the developer is currently in advanced negotiations for a significant portion of the remaining space.

“CTPark Arad West stands as the ideal solution for both manufacturing and storage needs, providing businesses with the opportunity to thrive in a strategically located and integrated hub”, he added.

The Arad-based park is close to the airport and the Hungarian and Serbian borders. It also provides direct access to the A1 motorway and the future Bucuresti-Timisoara-Arad-Nadlac motorway, part of the Pan European transport corridor.

CTP’s portfolio in Romania comprises 2.9 million sqm and has another 200,000 sqm under development. Its local landbank totals 3.5 million sqm across several cities.
