CTP Clubhaus in Bucharest, for which ADP provided sustainability consulting and certification services, has won the BREEAM Award for the most sustainable non-residential building.

CTP Clubhaus is the community facility within CTPark Bucharest West industrial park. The project has a double BREEAM certification, maximum level - Outstanding, both for the design and execution stages, as well as for its operation stage.

"Industrial parks, which have developed rapidly in recent years, are usually utilitarian spaces dominated by heavy traffic. However, tens of thousands of people sometimes work in these spaces. In this context, the CTP Clubhaus is an energy-efficient building that provides a high level of comfort conditions for its users, with very low water consumption, a green roof and solar panels,” says Adrian Pop, ADP’s General Manager.

CTP Clubhaus achieved a score of 94.67%, currently the highest BREEAM In-Use score in the world. The building scored maximum points in the Ecology and Resilience categories and performed exceptionally well in the Water and Health and Well-Being categories, respectively.

"Located in the largest industrial park in Central and Eastern Europe, Clubhaus has established itself as a game-changer for the logistics space market, being designed as a platform for educational events and a hub for meetings, serving the 2,500 employees working in the park as well as the community in the area,” says Ionuț Puiu, Construction Director at CTP Romania.

Internationally, there are over 610,000 BREEAM-certified buildings in 102 countries and a further 1.72 million buildings in the process of being certified.
