Businessman Dan Șucu has sold the logistics centre of furniture and decoration retailer Mobexpert, located near Bucharest, to developer CTP in a "sale-and-leaseback" transaction valued at about €14 million, profit.ro reports. Mobexpert will remain the long-term tenant of the building.
The logistics centre at kilometre 21 of the A1 motorway has an area of over 30,000 sqm and was built in 2009 following an investment of €10 million.
“We agreed on a long-term strategic cooperation, through which CTP acquired the existing logistics centre and provided another warehouse to meet the additional expansion needs of Mobexpert", Remon Vos, CEO of CTP told profit.ro. Mobexpert will continue to operate in the current space and will be provided, if necessary, adjacent space in another CTP project.
