Industrial developer CTP has purchased an 18-ha site in the Poznań district, where it plans to start the construction of a new business park in early 2026.

The project involves the construction of a warehouse and production complex with a total area of around 52,000 sqm.

"The planned investment near Poznań will be CTP Poland's first project in the Wielkopolska region. Over a third of our parks are located in the Warsaw agglomeration region, and we are also active at the western border of the country, in Pomerania or Silesia, among others. However, we are constantly looking for further opportunities to expand and reach new customer groups and markets,” explains Krzysztof Moryson, Construction Director at CTP Poland.

The planned project will include both big box warehouses and smaller flexible spaces with flexible areas from 500 to 1,500 sqm.

“The mixed-use model has the potential to become a popular solution in the Polish production and warehouse market, responding to the growing demand for diversified space dedicated to both smaller and larger scale operations, but in close proximity to large urban centres,’ says Sandra Winiarska, Business Developer at CTP Poland.

The developer has also recently announced the construction of the CTPark Warsaw Janki production and logistics complex, with a planned leasable area of more than 45,500 sqm.
