CTP has started the construction of a new warehousing facility for GEIS Global Logistics at CTPark Prešov South. A new 5 500 sqm facility will help GEIS strengthen its position in the Eastern part of the country, with the premises strategically located in the third-largest city of Slovakia.
CTPark Prešov South will provide more than 60 000 sqm of Class A industrial space, with 14 000 sqm available in Q2 2022.
