CTP has launched two new industrial parks just outside of Plzeň, on the D5 highway connecting the Czech Republic with Germany. Up to 46,000 sqm of space will become available for new clients in the initial phases of construction in CTPark Cerhovice and Blatnice.
At CTPark Blatnice, just 17 km west of Plzeň on the D5 motorway heading to the German border, CTP is constructing a new 28,000 sqm facility for a new client. The park is slated to become a logistics hot spot, due to its location immediately off the highway, high visibility, and sufficient land for a build opportunity of over 50,000 sqm of new warehouse space—ideal for large-scale, cross-border logistics or e-commerce operators.
Just half an hour drive east from Plzeň on E50/D5, CTP is developing CTPark Cerhovice. Centrally located between Prague and Plzeň, CTP is developing a new 18,000 sqm facility for logistics, supply chains and light manufacturing businesses. With such low vacancy in the market, the remaining 20,000 m2 build opportunity available in the park will surely lease quickly. The strategic location provides quick access to Prague, the Prague airport and Plzeň, and direct motorway access will ensure rapid deliveries to wholesalers, retailers and end-consumers.
“Both parks will be able to accommodate large-scale facilities and have plenty of space available for expansion. We believe that they will be highly sought after because of the great locations, high quality of CTP standards and potential for growth,” says Jakub Kodr, CTP’ s Senior Business Developer.
