CTP is expanding CTPark Prešov Juh in eastern Slovakia with two new halls with an area of 60,000 sqm.
Construction work in Prešov started in September 2021. "We are starting with the first hall and the construction of 25,000 sqm. We are currently building for two tenants, logistics providers, who have signed lease agreements for 11,000 dqm," says Ján Rakovský, Senior Business Developer CTP.
The amount of enquiries and the achieved pre-lease before construction mark the great potential of the location. As the premises will be available in Q2 2022, negotiations are still ongoing with potential clients for additional vacant capacities.
