The new residential project Semerínka, backed by the developer Crestyl, has received a building permit and construction will begin during the autumn. The Semerínka project in Prague's Radlice district, consisting of four blocks of varying heights, will offer 185 apartments.

Inside the blocks, a community garden and facilities for families with children will be built. The location guarantees easy accessibility by metro and proximity to nature. The investment in the project amounts to CZK 1.5 billion (€41.5 billion). Metrostav is the general contractor of the construction. The project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2025.

"Semerínka is unique in that it combines usually contradictory benefits - easy accessibility by metro and proximity to the centre of the metropolis with untouched nature within reach. Moreover, the building's facilities and its courtyards will foster community life and gatherings. The project is also interesting because, unlike most others, it will be built all at once, so its residents will not be disturbed by any further construction phases," says Viktor Peška, Crestyl's Sales Director. Semerínka consists of four blocks of varying heights, sensitively following the terrain.
